The Los Alamos Kitchen Collective is a shared commercial kitchen at 25 Bonnie View Drive in White Rock. We bought the building in August 2026, renovation begins April 2027, and we open in fall 2027. What goes in it depends on what you tell us.

Why we're asking

Every answer goes into the floor plan.

The days and hours you pick decide how many stations we build. The equipment you check decides which ovens and how many hoods. What you keep on site decides how the existing walk-in gets divided.

The last question asks what is keeping your business from growing right now. Not what you want from us — what is actually in the way.
